Wendy McDonald is Principal of PossibilityWorks a firm specializing in staff training and leadership development. She has over 20 year's experience in and with organizations, in a number of fields, to help them position themselves and their companies for development and growth.

Wendy is a highly creative, thoughtful and enthusiastic speaker who has presented at over 500 conferences and workshops. Whether Wendy is dealing with a group of one or one thousand, she has the ability to uplift, educate and engage the audience. Leaders across the Country have praised Wendy for her skills as a speaker, facilitator and coach. Wendy's communication talents make her highly effective and sought after as a workshop facilitator.

This is not a typical training session. You will not walk away with a five-step process that claims to make all your problems disappear, but instead you will have the opportunity to discover from within a new way of being.
This session focuses on who the leader is instead of what the leader should do. Most programs take an outside-in approach to leadership - this program teaches us to rediscover that we ALL can lead no matter what our position.

• How to predict a candidate's future job performance

Then this session is for you!

This program will take you through the process of planning and conducting effective hiring interviews, and tell you how to evaluate the candidates to arrive at the right hiring decision.
There are two key phrases to learn. The first is, "the single best predictor of future job performance is past job behavior". The second is, "….so you can hire the person who will be successful in the job".
