Tema Frank, is the founder and president of Web Mystery Shoppers Inc .with 25 years' experience in marketing, communications and business strategy. Not a “techie” by nature, Tema is both frustrated and thrilled by the potential of the Internet to make life easier and helps clients turn that potential into a reality. Her company's unique approach to usability testing has been highly valued by clients such as the Royal Bank of Canada and Bank of America . Her expertise was noted by the Web Marketing Association , which chose her as a judge for the Web Awards Competition. Tema has recently been short-listed for an E-Business Leadership Award.

Tema is an active member of many industry and non-profit associations, including the Association of Internet Marketing & Sales (AIMS), the Usability Professionals Association, Canadian Women in Communications, and the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers. Tema's research and writing is cited in several academic textbooks, as well as in the media. She appears in the Who's Who of Canadian Business , the Who's Who of Canadian Women, and the World Who's Who of Women.

Tema also speaks frequently about women in management and best employment practices, as a result of her best-selling book, Canada's Best Employers for Women: A Guide for Job Hunters Employees and Employers , which was nominated for a Business Book of the Year Award.
