Conflict Styles:
The Foundation for Effective Conflict Management Skills
How do you deal with those people who push your buttons? We tend
to resort to one of the five conflict behaviours/styles when we
find ourselves tense and feeling challenged. Once we are aware
that there are choices in the conflict style we choose, it gives
us a sense of control and dignity. As well, recognizing others'
conflict styles lends itself to greater understanding and patience.
Personal
Conflict Styles provides the opportunity to objectively identify
your own personal conflict style and gain an understanding if
others in a fun, comfortable setting. You receive practical insights
to all the conflict styles with a mix of decision, video, lecture
and interactive exercises.
Mastering
Difficult Conversations:
The Collaborative Model for Conflict Resolution
Mastering Difficult Conversations presents a model/process proven
successful for those difficult conversations with loved ones,
co-workers, suppliers, customers and anyone else with whom you
value the relationship. You realize the importance of active listening
skills and the intensity of effort it requires to truly hear what
others are really saying. The workshop offers practical communication
tools to optimize your relationships.
Emotions
and Conflict:
It's Just Human Nature
