Audrey Pihulyk has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with the intricacies of human relations through her years as a practicing nurse and professional speaker. A passion to see people and organizations move from a place of mediocrity to a place of excellence and super productivity is what urged Audrey to form her company, Possibilities Network.

In her presentations, Audrey encourages everyone to look within and discover their humorous side. She stresses that we should try to see humour in every situation. Doing so will help us develop an effective tool for managing stress and in the process become calmer and more objective in our handling of daily affairs. She is a natural healer, passionate that people discover peace and simplicity in their everyday experiences. Audrey's sessions are spiced with humour, her audiences will learn what is important to keep and what can be left behind.

Audrey has been interviewed on A Channel, Access Alberta and by Grant Kennedy on "What's Up With Men". Her articles, 'Winning Strategies for Life', have been syndicated throughout Canada and her audio cassettes on related issues are available. She is co-author of Expert Women Who Speak…Speak Out! Coming soon is her book, Breaking the Chains of Eating Disorders, a personal and riveting look at the signs, symptoms and causes of eating disorders. Audrey holds a certificate in Continuing Education from the University of Alberta, has designations from Toastmasters, is qualified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and has training in both voice and piano.

Most activities we do give rise to stress. We want to be involved with the right kind of stress that brings creativity and fulfillment both at home and at work. Conversely, distress or damaging stress operating in our lives can ruin a business, a relationship, a marriage and even a family. But it can be dealt with successfully through adjusting the thought processes accordingly, and then applying the principles found in the “ Body Stress Inventory ” . Learn how to avoid harmful stress by developing a new life perspective, positively affecting you both at home and at work.

•  How thought processes can turn good stress into damaging stress that affects the emotions and actions
•  How to create inner calm even when everyone around you is “losing their head”
